The Native American Outreach Center is operated by Kauffman and Associates, Inc. (KAI), under a contract with Rosenberg Communications, Inc. KAI is an American Indian owned firm chosen to conduct outreach to Indian Country and Alaska as a part of the Parents Speak Up National Campaign. President and KAI owner Jo Ann Kauffman stated, “This is an excellent opportunity to help parents understand how our beliefs and behaviors impact those of our children, and to learn ways, including traditional ways, to reinforce positive behavior during these vulnerable pre-teen and young-teen years.”
